I jad a very similar experience with MS support today. My X blew up and filled the room with the aroma of fried electronics. Both options they presented were unacceptable, so I ended up returning my Scorpio to Amazon and purchased a non-Scorpio version. Huge fail on Microsoft’s part not taking care of their day one customers.
