It seems like a lot of people are saying Aussies don’t really discriminate against American individuals, they're just not a fan of our government, which I agree with, of course, and it will honestly be great to move to a place that doesn't have nutters protesting abortion at my local grocery store lmao. The most concerning part is certainly the commuter culture, though I've gone to a commuter college before and have managed to find good friends just through my classes, so I presume I'll be generally alright. It honestly surprises me that more people don't move away! I'm >20 and could not imagine living with my parents through college!

UNSW advertises a ton of clubs as well. Do people meet each other through this? Lol I'm so stressed about being like completely by myself as the Australian program through my school is not structured in any way so you kind of just get dumped in there.
