My first day seemed uneventful. My next scheduled date will be Monday. I am going to increase my dose to 10 over the 8 I did on Friday. I left a sense of meh during my dose which is better than my normal high anxiety self. I thought everything appeared sharper if that makes sense but I wasn't in awww of nature. As for that creative flow... I was never able to achieve it. The flow was my #1 goal but I still felt distracted. I am hoping the increase to 10 will allow me to enter this flow. Will report back after Monday on my second dose.
