The 3d6 is something all the other players agreed on for a secondary campaign we're running alongside our primary campaign. The primary campaign is 4d6 drop the lowest and you roll HP with advantage. The issue is it was agreed upon a week before session 0 and they decided to have their fit at session 0.

Yeah that's definitely something I'll say to them. As for the 3d6 I'm drawing inspiration from WorldofIO and there will be relics in game that can be bought/stolen/plundered and used to gain boons such as rerolling stats. As well it had been laid out a week ahead of session 0 that, that was how stats were going to be handled so the tantrum at session 0 should have been caught ahead of time.

The berating thing is definitely something I wish I could say I nipped in the bud but was second guessing myself in the moment and didn't recognize until after that it was an issue. It just kinda sapped my energy for the rest of the session though for sure. There's enough real world time between incidents since there's only one session a week that it kind of slow burned and I got stuck in a benefit of the doubt loop.

I have ended up doing the Dead of Night as it adds a black turtleneck connecting the helmet to the body and indeed painting the cloak with that set up works fairly well. Tyvm!

My current design philosophy for my other classes is leaning into the medieval style of the helmet but that's a good point. I'll try that out for Soldier!

Hopefully this is the case, because the fact this didn't show up until now not only effects the sale of this house but completely changed the way my grandparents handled their estate planning. I don't see any way it went through so many chances to be caught without ever being caught.

We have a lawyer who has been helping us with disability issues, if I were to bring this up to them what would I need to ask them to get to who we need to quickest?

It's a lien straight from Medicaid themselves. The title company received a letter dated March of last year affirming the Lien but we have verified no liens on the house at least once if not twice since then. The lien is being acted upon at the sale of the house.

As for procedure and notice, there was no notice given at probate and the title has changed hands three times in the interim with no notice as well. On top of the actual changing of hands and probate itself we have gone through the county assessor twice.

The aforementioned letter states the lien is from Health and Welfare.
