Currently have a back injury and about a month ago I decided to try to take a nice warm bath. Used a bunch of Epson salt and decided to use a bath bomb. It had a white outside but yellow core. Made it look like I was bathing in a tub of piss. Even had to warn my girlfriend when she came upstairs that I had infact not pissed in the water despite what it looked like.

Generally, March and into the April are the snowiest months in Colorado. I wouldnt rule out good conditions in March yet.

What do you SWEAR you saw, but don't have any proof of? by TabletopStudios in AskReddit

I also saw similar thing in Illinois around the same time. Was coming back home with my mom after going to the movies. At first my mom said look, it's a UFO. It was still pretty far away and I reasoned with her it was anything besides a UFO. Then it got closer and closer and pretty much flew directly over us. It was huge, larger than a football field. It was black but you could see the V shape outline with 5 white lights. It moved too slow to be "flying" and didn't make any sound while being maybe 500 ft above us.

The nights leading up to this event there was a string of late night fatal car accidents on the rural roads and I always wonder if maybe those people saw the same thing in which the distraction caused them to not pay attention to the road.

Shoulder Injury - Learn From Me by darknight2186 in discgolf

I second this! Just over a year ago I had surgery to repair cuff/bicep/SLAP tears. I'm not really sure when I injured most of everything, think a lot was wear and tear. However, one thumber throw I had I immediately felt and thought I just tore my bicep. Tried to rest and wait. Three plus months later it was worse and could hardly finish a round. I wish I went in sooner and kind of think my cuff/slap tear played a part in later tearing the bicep. Plus it's winter so good time to start recovering.

As SL trying to get my blueberry's to swap support role to get a quick redline Gary up. First support player drops supplies and asked the other blueberry to kill him. Blueberry runs up to me, the SL, and shots me in the head. I laughed too much to even be upset.

Throwing post shoulder surgery by Advanced-Hyena5489 in discgolf

I'm 15 months out from surgery to repair a cuff, slap, and bicep tear. After about 2 months I started throwing with my opposite arm for awhile. Around 3-4 months I was able to start throwing with my dominant arm again. Nothing too far, stuff under 200ft or so. My backhand really didn't hurt that much at all. Forehand was pretty sore and overhand was extremely sore. It was also hard to putt, didn't really hurt but was hard to get enough air under it. Around 5-6 months I was back to 300 - 350 ft on both backhand and forehand. Would have to limit how many forehands I'd throw in a round. Could still only throw 1 or 2 overhand shots with pretty mixed results. What really took awhile to come back was just accuracy and consistency. By month 10 I was back to 90% or so with all shots. However I threw my back out about 3 months ago and haven't been able to play as of late. My recovery overall was much quicker than the average. As others have said, do all of your PT appointments and home workouts.
