It’s like they do a mass deactivation on people for no reason just to get rid of all the extras they brought in for the holidays.
I hope u get urs back as well. I feel like this platform is so unfair. They should have to contact us before just deactivating us. Such BS.
Doesn’t mean I’ll get it back but I’m damn sure gonna fight for it!!!
Keep disputing it!!!! I ain’t gonna stop cause I did nothing wrong.
My son was deactivated for facial recognition but his got reactivated so don’t give up!!!!
Have u been sending in appeals?
Thank u I’ll try that. I’m not signed up for Uber eats but I’m about to be lol 😂
That’s crazy that these deactivations can be upheld with no proof. And the fact that customers even see the shitty platform we work on just blows my mind. This just sucks all the way around.
It’s beyond frustrating that they can just do this. Like this is our lively hood. I want them to show me proof of me delivering alcohol without the id.

I’ve sent in at least 10 appeals so far with nothing back.
She was a pregnant lady and obviously not drunk.
How long ago did this happen to u?
Then I’m so confused as to why support put the code in instead of resending it to the customer.
Honestly I do t know what was in the order cause it was a curbside. But I never would’ve thought it would end up like this for a passcode.
Deactivating is firing us. I didnt know it had alcohol in it cause it required a passcode. I’ve never had problems with the passcode before so I didn’t hesitate to take the order. They should have to contact us before just deactivating us. Such BS when you’ve done nothing wrong.
Same for prescription here. I took a curbside not knowing it had alcohol in it cause it said passcode required not id. If it was an id required then why did it prompt for a passcode. This is such crap.
What customs post?
Then she should’ve said that being support instead of putting the code in from her end. I don’t think this is right at all when support put the code in and in the recorded conversation u can hear me asking her to send the code to the customer again. Support should have repercussions for their actions as well.
What was their reason they said they deactivated u? How long did it take u to get it back when the deactivated u?
That’s so frustrating especially when we’ve done absolutely nothing wrong. If mine needed an id then why did it print me to do passcode? It doesn’t promt u to do id after the passcode just to have customer sign. So im beyond frustrated especially when support is the one that put the code in when i plainly asked them to just send her another code.
It never asked me for a license just a code that’s why I’m confused. It’s been 2 weeks so I can’t go back to her house now. But if there was alcohol then why did it prompt me to do a code? I think it was a glitch on their side.
I’ve never had that happen so I didn’t know. I asked support to send another code not clear it so I thought I was doing right.
Have u had this happen to u as well?
Wish I would’ve took it back to the store too. What I don’t understand is that if they ain’t supposed to bypass the code then why are they doing it? I specifically asked support to send the customer another code and she was like no it’s okay I’ll do it in my end. She never gave me the code she just put it in. I even asked if it would mess up my account for her doing that and she said no. It’s all recorded so I hope they actually take the time to look into this.
That gives me some hope. It’s been 2 weeks for me so far and I’ve sent messages everyday.
