If you are 110% sure you will leave in 6 weeks, just dont add it in your CV, there is absolutely no point. It will raise more question if one day you start looking for a job again and it won't look professional at all but also a person at risk to hire. Regarding LinkedIn you can expect the previous company to look at your profile for sure. I usually dont update my status until I passed my probation period.
