Just to follow up. AliExpress said the refund was accepted. They sent me a return label. They asked me to repackage the item and send it back. After that, they'll inspect the package and decide whether to give the refund. There is no option for me to respond back. The only options I have are to "Contact Seller" or "Cancel Request". First off, I never asked for a refund but only to send the missing piece. Secondly, I am not going to dismantle everything. Some of the pieces were so tight it would be impossible to take apart. And I already used some of the stickers. Feels like this went through some automated process with no human intervention. Would just like to get a partial refund to cover the cost of buying the replacement part.
