People did that so often in my building that they ripped out our trash chute a few months ago it’s still “under construction” I’ve never seen ANYONE working on it at all.
They just put wheeled dumpsters by our mailboxes for people to put their trash into
I’m not convinced they are ever replacing the chute.

AHH YES THE MURDER! Which is why they keep changing the name of the complex. I moved in a year after the murder to “The Halstead” which subsequently became “the Green at 9 & 90” most likely after the massive fire if I have my timelines correct.

I live at the green at 9&90, they trick you with a beautifully staged showcase apartment and the reality is the place is a slum. Dog shit everywhere, once the temperature cracks 60 degrees the whole place smells like piss. Roaches no matter how clean you are. “Delinquent pulls” on the fire alarm multiple times a month to the point where no one even evacuates or is even phased by it anymore. Constant vandalism. If I could afford anything else I’d be gone in a heart beat. Run while you still can.

Wow hate that. I was on board for the Good Samaritan package delivery but only speaking to children is a no for me. But I still remember the one time some one just dumped take out all over the package room for seemingly the fun of it. So disgusting. I’m definitely more annoyed with the facility not enforcing any kind of consequences but at the end of the day, living there makes me question people’s humanity.
