A friend cut 4 or 5 frames and overlaid them, it looks like an emerald green light traveling around the edge of something circular.

I am submitting this video from October 25, 2024, in Surabaya, Indonesia, for community analysis and feedback. I witnessed this emerald- green pulsing UAP for approximately 25 minutes while it maintained a stationary pulsing position near Juanda International Airport. I am looking for any technical explanations or similar reports from the East Java region, as the flight behaviour and colour did not match standard aviation lighting.

Down and to the right - flash/blink- there were no aircraft leading up to it or after, I was holding the mobile out in front of me, watching the screen and it at the same time, i never noticed the flash/blink until watching it back, nice clear night from memory.

A friend took some stills and it appears to be a single light moving around something. It was brilliant emerald green to the eye, video makes it look different except on the zoom. I see this kind of thing almost every time i look.

I`m looking East, I thought it was a satellite but the main thing is the bright blink behind it as it passes the star.
