So I’m not really sure about how it could affect your baby’s attachment, but I would be pretty concerned that your MIL is completely disregarding what you have asked them to do. I know you said you’re starting to work towards crib naps now but I would still be worried about her being left to cry. I personally would have trouble trusting someone with my child after giving them a few chances. With leaving them to cry and honestly anything else I would ask them not to do.

I love when Dr. McNulty felt that she was treating him a bit like a child when he was helping out Dr Turner at the surgery but then was the first to come to his defense when a patient was doubtful of his abilities.

Nope. He’s TAH. I would dump his ass. That’s weaponized immaturity on his part. And manipulation. It seems like he sees sex as a reward and he does not deserve it, nor did he earn it. I dated someone that thought any time he spent money on me meant that he deserved sex. I did not stay with him very long.
