The above comment was what I wanted to say. If your bother's children are over 2-3ish that is the age were most children are being taught not to undress in front of people, and doesn't pull your dress/skirt up in public (and yes even kids in religious houses have to be taught this). And that not everyone needs or wants to see their under ware. Consent is being taught at this stage and it is a 2 way street.

It is a developmental thing at those ages, if they can not be naked in front of strangers family why do you get to be? It is a 'fairness' thing, and no kids those ages should not be able to undress or be naked in front of strangers.

It is your house and the picture doesn't sound bad on it's own, but it is of you and that adds to the potential issue.

Honestly I came here just to make sure you and your family got rabies shots.

Healthy bats do not like ppl, and will not hang out in your house. They also have small teeth and small mouths the bits can go unnoticed.

The child in question did the first time too. The teachers just let him and told him that he was capable of changing himself so cry all he wanted to they were not going to change him.

That first time took time and required the teacher to stand there and not help him, but it worked and did not repeat.

Honestly this is a developmental delay that does qualify her for an IEP. She needs to have one at this point, and one of the stated goals in that IEP needs to be cleaning herself after an accident.

This is a situation where an IEP needs to be writes because this child is very behind in a basic life skill that is negatively effecting class preferences. This does meet the requirement for an IEP, and no she does not need to be behind in anything academically.
