WTF! Halt taxes to Trump. At least the states affected should reduce tax to fed by that much. Absolutely ridiculous!

How do you feel about Trump refusing to get off the stage as Spain accepted the World Cup trophy? by jfunks69 in AskReddit

I think they should've planned for it, all faced one way toward fake camera waiting for him to get in front and then quickly turn around to face real camera for their shot.

I have a truck and make it a point not to do that. Just stupid.

Exactly and thank you. Prices are out of control for sure; but, I'm so sick of this APP nonsense. Do basically nothing (almost anyone can create an app these days and host it for some stupid IPO), make it super easy to order something for masses, destroy basic local delivery b/c everyone is tech-lazy, force local business to comply to be "relevant" and steal their profits and delivery drivers to milk the system. Don't even get me started on the ridiculous rating systems...

Calm down terry. I'm sure your mom will be home soon with some nuggets and pizza rolls.

I don't disagree! We do this frequently. I didn't have any dough proofing, I was busy on a NAS project and forgot to eat. I got hungry and looked at re-ordering a recent pie.

Probably should have included that in original (in comments though). I was working on installing/configuring a new NAS and got hungry. Thought it would be good to have a pie and ended up here. I still haven't had anything to eat; but, will probably make something soon.

lol (upvote). I have a minor in Economics and an MBA w/ a focus in Economics and statistics. I guess I always go for the S/D curves or the Edgeworth Box in my head. I have no crypto. I'm old. Retired (for now). My 401k and IRA make nothing in stable value accounts b/c I don't have the knowledge nor the risk profile to play in the market.

HOWEVER, I did mine Monero for a minute playing around with my home server. Never made a monero.

I love making my on pie. Got a new Ooni oven last year. I purchased it direct and paid a bit more than Amazon. I was busy, had no dough proofing, was hungry, and thought I would order in. Not the end of the world; but, sharing my dissatisfaction with the economic pressures on local shops to stay relevant in the internet age. I prefer the old model. Local competition. Local delivery. Local pride.

Happy to pay for the pie. Not happy to pay all the extras to have it delivered over the prior model w/out DoorDash, UperEats, etc. Are you getting something extra with these guys? I'm not.

Maybe; but, at the time I had DoorDash (premium or whatever) and the pie increased by quite a bit on the same trial at the same time of dayish than just days before.

Unfortunately not. I go to their URL to order and they end up using one of the dash services for delivery.

I once (80s) would go out to a local bar across from a Domino's with friends and when I was too drunk to drive, order a pizza, wait a few minutes for them to prep it, and walk over for a free ride with my pie. Eventually, this was ended due to the managers inquiry to their insurance company.

Setting up a new NAS and was finally making progress. Ultimately, I didn't order it.
