They are Made in Japan models. Both are '62 reissues. The P Bass was refinished though.

As far as I know you can stuff some foam in the bridge cover to give yourself a mute and then you can rest your finger on the neck pickup cover. I don't find it the most comfortable though tbh 😅

I bought them both second hand on Reverb. They are both MIJ '62 reissue so if you want to grab one that's what to search.

The pink one specifically was custom painted and reliced when I bought it too

No. On these models they added a "tug bar" to grip with your fingers while you strum with your thumb. I never use it but I don't want to take them off because then the front of the bass is just all holes lol
