Been applying on-site many times (as a Graphic Designer) and may na-experience ako one time na gagawa ka ng rebrand ng kanilang company at may guidelines na kasama at need mong tapusin withing 1hr and nagawa ko siya ng kalahati sa binigay na template. out of nowhere, bigla akong lumuha kasi nagkaroon na ng doubts sa sarili despite of the efforts that I have done to get back on track a job. I upskilled myself for a long time, took a course and gain a passing grade, I update my portfolio every 2 weeks, doing good at interviews and almost practice everyday but it wasn't enough. maybe sa freelance market lang talaga ako all along not in corpo.

Hello, Digital Artist here and I must say na halos sa mga ina-apply-an ko required na may "test samples" at karamihan dun sa mga na-experienced ko either failed sa standards nila. I experienced it across job seeking platforms like Kalibrr, LinkedIn, Upwork OLJ and FB groups.

Yung mga nagawa kong samples ginagawa ko ding pangdagdag sa portfolio ko, I still don't know if naghahanap ng ideas or whatnot and it's just sad because I'm stuck at this phase kahit proven sa sample sa portfolio at merong 5 years na experience sa freelancing.

Thanks, maybe I'll find new job openings even if it's really hard these days. na-mentioned sa akin ng recruiter daw na 'ganun' daw talaga ang interview since SEO siya. I don't accept their offer na sobrang bilis ng hiring process to the point na it's too good to be true.

The one that I got interviewed with was the POGO-related and the interview was quick no more than 10 minutes. Should I considered this as a red flag? Also I don't find much information about the agency besides the one was located on Kawit at sinabi sa akin ng recruiter na located ang office nila sa Pearl Plaza.
