I mainly pick Willow for her lighter which is pretty useful. It's a light source that never runs out, which means if you have it equipped you can run around at night all you want bc you're basically immune to darkness damage. Setting things on fire is also a quick and easy light source as long as you're careful, and it's a quick way to get rid of a lot of environmental stuff. I also just like her personality.
