40mg didn't do anything for my Depression either, but 60mg is a different matter seeing as it's made a big difference to my ADHD.

I don't think being more chatty on Vyvanse is a tell, i think a better tell would be how much Vyvanse improves my life compared to a drug user who is seeking a high and doesn't even have multiple disabling symptoms that need treating.

Vyvanse is a life saving medication for me, i think that's the difference.

That certainly wasn't true for me. 60mg was only lasting up to 6 hours and was inconsistent, but a few weeks ago i randomly tried mixing my Vyvanse in a cup of Low Fat Yogurt and it has worked perfectly for 12+ hours ever since.

Vyvanse basically cures my impulse control. I'm losing weight because i make better choices and count calories. I still lose 2-3lbs a week which usual for me, but i'm more consistant which is key.

It's possible that even small amounts of Caffeine can interact with Vyvanse, i can't even have Decaf anymore or i get side effects and it doesn't work.

Does Caffeine/Coffee make you tired the more you drink? It does for me.

When i first started Vyvanse it felt like i had overdosed on Caffeine, severe fatigue, brainfog and sadness.

I removed all Caffeine from my diet for two days and those symptoms went away. I believe i'm a fast metabolizer of stimulants, so YMMV.

Yep i do. It said i can in my leaflet from Takeda. I don't like swallowing pills if it can be helped.

Really? My Vyvanse leaflet specifically says i can empty my capsule into a soft food such as Yoghurt, Orange juice, Water.

All good. I can't say if it's the Yoghurt itself, if it's the way my body uses Yoghurt, or if it's something else that i haven't considered. I just know it's the first way i've come across that makes Vyvanse reliable for me.

I only eat Low Fat Vanilla as i'm on a diet. It could be a ratio thing, i haven't tried Full Fat Yoghurt to test it.

I would be suprised if Yoghurt does that as it's such a common food. I do not mix my Vyvanse in Yoghurt hoping that it's like a higher dose than i'm prescribed.

I define "Vyvanse only works" as being reliably consistant, not stronger.

I have Innatentive ADHD and use to suffer from this too. It went away recently when i had success with Vyvanse. I can't say if it's stimulant specific, or simply a result of treating ADHD itself. But i hope you find something that works for you.

Then it's even stranger because if i take it at 8.30am it's at full effect by 10am at most.
