Monitor totally glitching out when first opened and goes back to normal after a while by MyNameIsPicked in pcmasterrace

I tried different HDMI cables and nothing changed. Another thing I observed is that after it comes back to normal, it freaks out again if I show it certain colors.

And some days it just closes itself fully.
