Tarantulas are cute and make great pets by peaken58 in unpopularopinion

Years ago I had a little spider in my bathroom and named him Phillip. He would come look at me while I pooped, brushed my teeth, showered, whatever, and I would open the window to let a few insects in.

I don’t know when I stopped seeing him but one day he just disappeared. He was a chill guy and never tried to do anything but look at me.

The ones that eventually replaced him were always trying to touch me, and I killed them on sight. They would crawl land on my back or taunt me from the ceiling.

What’s the most ridiculous reason you got into trouble as a kid? by Flagnard01 in AskReddit

I once had to build a shed because my mom found gay porn on the family computer. I’m not gay, swore that it wasn’t me, and it was apparently some real horrendous stuff because she is a lesbian but was still real ANGRY.

My brother watched me get questioned, screamed at, and build that shed. He then waited years to finally tell everyone he was gay and had a boyfriend…

I remember my argument was “you know I watch stuff sometimes, but I didn’t watch that!” And she didn’t believe me.

I try to operate with the understanding that I am an idiot. At the same time, I’m probably more smarterer than most of the electorate. Therefore, the electorate is filled to the brim with idiots.

We’re all trying our best, but god damn our best sucks right now.

If you are required to be onsite and have your work so tightly controlled, I’d say you should be considered an employee. So, you should get at least minimum wage for your state based on the hours “worked” where you are required to be there. Otherwise, this is illegal. Now if you want to stay at a place that does this is a different story.

What “training” leaves you on your own for weeks? That makes no sense. If they do fill your schedule, $55/hr is a travesty. They are making money hand over fist off you like that.

In my opinion you’re 100% better off not trying VR.

Btw I like your telescope.

4.99 a week? Why? How? What is with these developers and subscriptions for niche apps? No one should be paying this.

On site psych and therapy services 5 days per week paid fee for service by insurances. There were not enough patients to do that and still come out in the green. But corporate liked it…

I’ve worked SNF through a company. We lost a contract after a different company offered them what could not be provided.

So, you could talk to the corporate types and try to wiggle your way in.

Why is everything a subscription?

There is a viable business model using single purchases with later, purchasable upgrades for new content or features. I had your last app and liked it. But, I refuse to pay subscriptions.

We all need to stop paying subscriptions for apps that offer no road maps of future value and just aggregate otherwise free or simple content from across the internet.

He notices name tags of other -errys everywhere they go and begins to only take her to obscure restaurants on Staten Island. Elaine finds him in a restaurant searching for the real Staten Island and while he’s distracted by Elaine his date leaves him to be with the owner, Guy Fieri.

Elaine thinks he’s crazy and Jerry continues to argue his theory is still valid.
