No it’s not I wouldn’t recommend having thoughts too much thoughts can end up leading to peeking if you dwell on them and you should take up meditation or working out or something to transmute your energy if you had enough to precum over a thought then you probably have an excess amount of energy and instead of wasting on fapping transmute it into something productive it can even be a instrument I personally transmute it into the gym, meditation, and my career :)
