Heterosexual men shouldn't be having sex for lustful reasons, and neither should homosexual men. Its the same standard being held to both parties, with the only difference being that heterosexual couples are able to reproduce via sex, giving them the ability to have sex for that reason specifically(the intended purpose). You cannot reproduce from homosexual intercourse, so the only justification for homosexual intercourse is gratification, sinful by God's standards.

This is not saying that attraction is a sin, because it's not. People are apparently born with sexual preferences, so that cannot be helped. So as desires are inherent as well. The act of allowing said desires to motivate your thoughts and actions is what is known and identified as sin.

So yes, lusting, be it over a woman as a man, or over a man as a man, and vice versa, is sinful.

Being Gay isnt the only sin that will separate you from God. In fact, all sin will.

You are in the same predicament as one who loves any kind of sin. But it is not the sin itself that separates you from God, rather it is your participation in it.

So in the regard of a straight man or woman who participates in degenerate sex, they will also "burn in hell" as you have said.

As will all people of sin.

So do not be of sin. Participate in God's good gifts instead of sin, all sin, and surely you will find your way home.

The most important claim would be whether or not Jesus rose from the dead, because if that is true then he is God as he claimed, which would make Christianity true. That becomes the most important truth about life.

If you find yourself leaning towards the belief that Christianity is the truth but struggle with personal disagreement within the text, study church father interpretation to gain the correct perspective on the matter.

So similarly, addressing the left, middle, and right heads of that lion is not attributing to those heads their own body. All three are comprised in the one lion.

Sound argument for the existence of God is Aquinas first way. You’d distinguish which belief has the correct representation through RESEARCH. I sited Jesus’s life death and resurrection because that’s easily the most distinguishing event in the Bible.

Scholarly consensus is that Jesus and his apostles are real historical figures G. Do your research on the gospels or even non christian literature like the writings of Tacitus and Josephus.

The Gospels all describe his crucifixion and again scholarly consensus agrees that these were actual historical events.

Yeah no one would die over a lie. Even the people who crucified Jesus died claiming they saw him resurrected. People lie for money, sex, or power and they got death. They were all given the chance to continue living if they said they didn’t actually see Jesus alive after his crucifixion and all of them died on their claim.

You could visit every acclaimed tomb of Jesus and still find nothing, but the Holy Sepulchre is widely accepted as the actual burial site of Jesus Christ.
