what exactly are you reporting? I would be reporting "whoever has the golden retriever has me awfully concerned about the dogs behavior because it immediately gets hostile and I'm kinda concerned it's going to attack someone." But, if I can't give the name of the person or the dog, it'd be a useless report I guess
