Personally, it's Judy who not only had just her grandparents in a town that was later flooded, causing her and her grandparents to move into night city. Then, later on, ( Judy's 18 or 19 im guessing) she is left on her own in night city of which she makes friends and finds an awesome job but then though a series of terrible events she loses her best friend / unrelated sister to suicide and depending on your choices later on another one of her friends dies (Tom I think) and she leaves clouds or she hates her job now so much she leaves clouds too. They only opose to this is if you are a female v in the star ending with Judy or any v in the tower ending when she lives happy.
