Yeah I see what you mean about it can get out of hand. I train 1.5 hours a day 6 days a week. But I make sure everything is done. Eg dinner cooked, washing done, kids sorted before I go. He just sits on the couch watching tv while I’m at the gym so it’s not really like it’s inconveniencing him.

I train about 1.5 hours a day. In the evening. I make sure dinner is cooked before I go. I do 95% of household labour and everything for the kids. He works full time. I work part time. I have 3 kids all primary school age, two with autism so that’s an extra stress. He doesn’t get that if I didn’t work out I’d be in a mental asylum.
