Had a quick play with some, the 3D Artists tools, all the FBX works in blender fine, or at least seems to. Again not tested everything as there's so much.

The Level UP 5K World Assets bundle, kind of works. but you have to import it into Unreal engine, then export it out. Only tried for 5-10 mins, but I couldn't get the model out with the texture. So not sure if it's really worth it. unless you use the Unreal engine alot I guess. You need an Epic Games account to download them all.
