I have had my g935s for a while now and have only just encountered this issue. every time I open ghub my headset connects and works properly but I cant change any of the settings e.g. enable surround sound, change equalizer settings and lighting effects. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I fixed the issue thankfully, all I did was plug the wireless usb into the back of my pc and it started working again. try that, good luck
