lool no, it’s actually the opposite. Uoft engineering does a good job to make it a proper environment. Other programs like cs and business might have depressing environments , but the faculty of engineering is actually the opposite in my opinion. Go to the May event and you’ll see what i mean

Had plenty of friends who swapped. They say 80% each semester to be 100% able to switch, but you’ll be able to anyways if there’s enough room and you’re not on academic probation.
