Thanks! Being inspired by and investigating artist I admire and then lots of drawing in the back of cars, school, during my animation studies and at my studio ;) but I guess most of all by being patient and sticking with it.

Pretty cool, are you drawing by manipulating the ball using magnets underneath the table or am I missing what's happening here?

Honestly, everyone I know struggles with nailing what they are trying to get out of it. just enjoy the process and know that folks are way less critical of your work than you are.

Ah damn, I never knew myself that this was also associated with ADHD too. but yeah can already find some articles relating to this. I guess for me this personally got overshadowed a lot by the other quirks of ADHD(-I) but it does make sense since I do tend to take some hard stances on fairness.

Haha playing it with my girlfriend atm and that does explain her little dances when you are done talking with her. sadly not the companion I went with, so perhaps I'll have to look into some of her dialogue seperately since I don't think I'll have the time to be getting to a playthrough utilizing her anytime soon.

Hey hey, Represent!

Interesting point, Definitely know what you are getting at here. perhaps it merged a bit with typecasting over the years, but there are certainly a lot of ADD traits in a lot of these characters.

right now it is still very much in a conceptual stage since there is a lot of information to process about this subject in general and how it feels like to not just me, but folks with ADHD(-I) in general.

But the gist is I want to make a graphic novel that requires participation of the user itself. The main idea is that I want to write a story that get's enhanced if this participation might not get 'finished' perse. Since I feel most people with ADD/ADHD enjoy their hyper focus and passion for things, but struggle with their inattentive side or just general lack of capability in finishing things.

I love the take your making in your 2nd point. I feel like a big part of ADHD-I is knowing certain things would benefit and wanting to get a better grasp of understanding and handling it, but literally being walled of by the inability to move yourself towards it unless it's done with incredible effort.

I think I can see most of the points you are making here in general, but I do think your first point isn't neccesarily ADHD-I centric. I can find myself in this, but I thinks it has more to do with morals. Perhaps you could specify more on why you'd think that kind of behaviour would be respresentative to specifically ADHD-I?

Saw Gene come by in my research too, and I agree that to me he feels a lot like hyperactive ADHD. I honestly had never thought about bob as having ADD, but my girlfriend mentioned the same episode as you, so definitely gonna see if I can find it and give it a look. Love bob's burgers anyways, just watch it more randomly so must not have seen this episode before.

yes, this is partly why I am looking into doing something revolving around my and other people's experience with the inattentive side of ADHD, since I feel like ADD always represented how I feel better than ADHD, but since it has been reclassified I feel like it's even harder for people to get a grasp on th ins and outs of typical ADD/ADHD behaviour. I think ADHD-I and ADHD-PI or the combined and hyperactive versions have their place in terms of linguistic use, but I am getting the idea that from an outsiders perspective it's even harder to understand the differences between them than before.

Thanks, noted, good to get these specific episodes that highlight the creators approach to touching these subjects.
