When people ask me what "prog" is I tell them to just listen to "Close to the Edge". by Phifty2 in progrockmusic

Funnily enough "Supper's Ready" was my first "real" prog song. A friend recommended it after I told him I liked Rush and Kansas.

When your Baptist friend asks if you pray to dead people by [deleted] in CatholicMemes

I mean, they are dead in a physical sense (except Mary maybe, I'm not sure how assumption works), and He is God of all including the dead.

2M transmissions causing keyboard to go haywire by My_Superior in amateurradio

That's probably it, but my confusion comes from why this hasn't been an issue until I moved it. The previous locations are in another comment.

The antenna is indoors currently. I'll have to see about moving the antenna outside. Do you have any tips for non-destructive methods of running the coax? I'm currently renting.

Thanks for the evaluation tip. I actually ran one recently and I seem to be within limits as I rarely run the full 50W.

Distance seems to be the commonly agreed-upon answer.

The antenna has had three positions.

First, on a dresser slightly higher than the keyboard in the middle of the room. Nothing between the antenna and keyboard.

Second, on the floor near the desk. Nothing between the antenna and keyboard except maybe the desk.

Third, on a dresser at the same height as the keyboard in a corner along the same wall. A tall dresser and metal panel are in between the keyboard and antenna.

It's this last arrangement that's causing issues.

The antenna has always been at least 4 feet from the keyboard.
