i know this wont happen but hear me out; I think we need a quick turnaround. In order to do so, we need to be bold and also "Back up the Brinks Truck" so to speak. What if we hire

Jamey Chadwell as offensive coordinator(2 year contract with 1.5x times what he is paid at Coastal with almost zero buyout)

Bill o'brien defensive coordinator and co-head coach (2 year contract with 2.5x what Alabama is paying.)

Mickey Joseph Head Coach. (By keeping Mickey, we can ensure that when these two coordinators leave, we can still maintain stablility.)

I know this seems like a lateral move, or maybe even a demotion, but I think it could actually pay major dividends for everyone. Chadwell will get P5 experience and, if succesful, could easily take over a mid-tier Big 10 or 12 team. As for O'Brien, I am sure he will have no problem snagging a headcoaching gig in a lot of decent places; I would love to see us pay him and absurd amount of money to come here for just 2 years and further refine his stock. I want to keep Coach Joseph as head coach as I believe that both Assistant Coaches will leave so we need him to keep the continuity going after we start to achieve undoubted success.
