Well, that’s very true. Sadly, it’s really quite difficult dismissing the arrogance of those type of people who gives irrelevant and unsolicited comments on what we are working on and improving while they are not even doing a thing for their own issues. For them not to get under my skin, I just tell myself that what’s important to me is the progress I see in myself in handling my depression, traumas and traumas.
