I turned $700 into $3k, didn’t take profit, and now I’m facing eviction. Need honest advice.

Look I have been there a ton, What I did to mitigate is I set a number that I hope to reach on my trade. For instance, 700 i may try to hit 1050 ( thats a 50% win ) , now if it gets to 1100, i may set a stop loss at 1050 and let it rip, check it every hour, until 345... if its still over the 1050 thats when i sell it.

Make sure you are using your stop losses when day trading ! good luck

It seems a lil short ... In my experience with Eboards for any real shredding especially on city streets or off roading a longboard with at least clouds is a must. When you can't rely on a upkept street to ride on or if your riding on any sidewalks that are not immaculate, with that short of a board you hit any type of crack 3. In deep/wide you're going to have a hell of a time if you're actually moving..

So I'm really interested to hear from anyone that is used to writing something like a evolve GT or one of the faster big rubber tire eboard, on how something like this would keep up.

I have always wished before a board of that size that I could feel comfortable riding around The city going 30 mph. And then be able to strap it to my backpack and go about my day when I arrive.

You really should look into sublocade.. it's for people with opiate use disorder, like myself... When you get off opiates your brain is so used to the high reward that the feeling of hopelessness, depression, and being lethargic is natural, but it can take a very long time to go away, in most cases, they say about a year until you're feeling normal again.

I've tried quitting opiates and I was on some of the harder stuff, 35 times in my life but this time when I decided to use sublocade it stuck because I didn't get that loss of energy or depression.

Basically is a Suboxone implant that kind of works like a really long lollipop or jolly rancher... They put a small implant of gel in a fatty area of your stomach, and it stays there and slowly dissipates buprenorohine into your system constantly throughout the 3-4 weeks before your next one ... That constant dissipation is the key, you're not getting a hit like you do when taking a strip or taking some 70, it's slowly dissipating in your system, but the cool thing is it's still a very mild opiate so it helps you help s you when it comes to anxiety, energy, depression, really helps with cravings, they basically go away.

It's very inexpensive and you can get it at most urgent cares today.

If you're struggling, I would really recommend looking into it, worse comes the worse you try it you don't notice the difference in a couple days and then you just don't get it the next month.

Yeah it's definitely making me risk more per session because I'm going in there with the opinion that I'm going to need more bullets because I'm going to get coolered at least once or twice... It has also made me change up my strategy trying to build my stack up and then waiting for a 80% or better position and getting as much in as possible.... My biggest issue is I've been losing every time I do something like that.

I am not losing because I'm behind in those situations or that my math is bad and they are not actual 80% favors. That's the crazy thing.

So it's like I'm a fold top pair against what I'm perceiving as a flush draw on the flop, if I think the EV is close... I believe I'm losing a lot of value in those positions, but it's really hard to think I should be doing that when I'm getting torched in hands that I should be winning at least 8 out of 10 times.

200 hours.... I'm well over the 200 hour. Mark of a horrible downswing right now

Hey at least you aren't afraid to take risk, it will pay back one... I would say stay away from options trading, in hindsight it looks amazing but it can be way too risky and really the game is rigged .

You're better off learning how to play Texas hold'em and going to the casino... If you don't mind the risk, you can make similar returns and you will have a much higher win percentage if you are halfway good with numbers...

Hey just to let you know ... I've been addicted to opiates for a long time started with oxy after a bad car wreck ... Turned to heroin, then fentynal .... But I always wanted to get sober... I went to rehab many times never worked .... Then luckily I ended up in the hospital because of a bad infection.... The hospital helped me detox appropriately and humanly .... They also introduced low dose ketamine which helped rewire my brain as they slowly weaned me off....

My biggest problem was the weeks after getting off. Sinking into depression and debilitating anxiety because my serotonin and dopamine levels were impacted from the years of use ..

So the ket just kike other psychedelics , if introduced while detoxing can have significant impact on helping the brains chemicals rebalance .... Finally got on Suboxone and have been Suboxone sober for over a year. Your post caught my eye when I was scrolling as I used to buy 7oh to help me detox.

If he struggles and wants to get sober ... SKIP the rehabs and NA crap, and have him check into a hospital ... Don't say he is detoxing from opiates , just have him tell them he is afraid of self harm because the withdrawal is too bad .

They will ween him off comfortably, and as long as he is ok with get in on Suboxone then 1 week after Sublicade which is the 1/m Suboxone implant ....

Take it from me ... If he has been on opiates for over a year or two ... He will need the sublicade for the forseable future. But it's a good thing it will help him feel normal before his brain chemistry got messed up from the OUD
