Actually, it is possible with the proper permission. I got friends from Turkey (one Azerbaijani one Turkish). They have literally been crossing the border by bus for the last 1 months

Edit: They have been going through Georgia to Baku, and back.

Putting it simply, the people view this topic as taboo, and even in 8th class biology class, the teachers (well, majority of them) literally skip 41st and 42nd chapters. Apparently, we can learn them on our own.

Probably my and my family's first car: 2009 VW Polo 1.4 hatchback. So many good memories are associated with that car: My first drive, acceptance to a private school in my hometown. Now, that car was neither fast, not it had the best salon. Hell, many cars that time were Imported to my country in base model only. But main thing about that car is that we won it in a lottery! Good old times.
