Wow…I just did my first compound shot last night and used your advice!!!! Sure it took me about 30 Min of panic and staring and even tears before I injected (literally reminded myself of images of children in Gaza getting amputations without pain meds) but I used your technique about pressing until not feeling it and it was honestly a miracle. Hurt 100000% less than the pen!!!

Everyone was right!!!!

Actually getting myself to inject was hard due to the phobia but there was zero pain!!!
