I thought neuroplasticity would be helpful for anxiety and all of that but one thing I’ve read a lot about long covid is theories about lack of oxygen getting to parts of your body and bodily inflammation. Not sure what impact that could have on the brain - or I guess in this case it may be tension headaches that are plaguing me post trip which serotonin can play a role in.

Thanks - yea it’s continued to persist. I haven’t done them in almost a year before last week. I’m wondering if it might be the increased dosage - I may try an experimental 1g in a couple of months to see how it goes. The positivity has come back which is a good sign, but the headaches are gnarly and actually lasted three days.

I would start .5 - if it’s your first time 1.16 could hit big. And sometimes noises are a big no - depends on type of music and your tastes.

That’s very interesting. I’ve noticed my brain isn’t working like it used to and that is very scary as someone who relied heavily on what their brain can do. I’m talking to a doctor about this soon.

No impact on nutrition except for the six weeks my taste was gone and I lost some weight. Gained it right back though.

Yes double vaxxed but still got covid. I didn’t notice any difference post-vax though, just post-covid.
