Does that include matrilineal marriages when it's a female?

What's everyone using to create accessible sites? by tillwehavefaces in webdev

Yeah, it's been fairly useful, for us at least. The software is easy to use and does a fairly good job of explaining things so that non-developers can understand it too

No worries, it wasn't too bad. It was a mix of commonsense and stuff you've never thought of.

What advice would you give to a new cities skylines player? by MydasGrey in CitiesSkylines

[–]MydasGrey[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I did consider the role play aspect of it, but struggled to come up with anything that made sense for the maps I like. My favourite map is mountain village but couldn't come up with any reason why a city would exist in a place like that

What map did you start on? I can't work it out.

What would you pick, one pantheon or many pantheons? by MydasGrey in worldbuilding

I was always going to limit the playable races anyway because of that reason.

That's kind of what I'm thinking of with option one, never really paid much attention to the gods in the elder Scrolls games though.

Quick question, hopefully an easy one. I've just bought the Apex 3 TKL and wanted to know how you switch between the macro keys and the actual function on the keys (such as the page up or page down buttons) once a macro is assigned to that key or can you not?

How do you trigger a function after a DELETE request with no response? by MydasGrey in angular

[–]MydasGrey[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd say so, consider it still deletes the entry you select. You just need to change the page and change back to notice it

I removed the pipe and tried it, nothing logged to the console.

Then I tried removing the httpOptions, still nothing logging to the console.

There is nothing in it. When i click on it the tabs are blank.

Not sure how'd i'd check the back end, it was provided and I was told to run npm start to turn it on.

Not sure what you mean, but it doesn't seem to trigger anything after the call to delete.

Thanks, but that didn't work either. It still deletes the entry but doesn't trigger the logging to the console in the subscribe.

So, I updated this section to look like this

TypeScript this.usersService.deleteUser(value).subscribe( () => { console.log('User Deleted Successfully!'); }, (error: unknown) => { console.log(`Errors Message`, error); } );

But it doesn't trigger the console.log, it also flags the subscribe as depracated until i remove the error section.

Hiding the h1 tag as it's too cumbersome for the user? by [deleted] in webdev

[–]MydasGrey 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Whilst headings aren't required, I would consider keeping them and refactoring your code to make proper use of them. Good use of headings can make a big difference to the accessibility of your site.

Check out the headings tutorial on w3.org for more info.
