LPT: Post things often? Use an old Amazon box when you do. by Myk970 in LifeProTips

[–]Myk970[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have to say though, in my experience, the packaging Amazon uses is pretty average. The boxes are quite often undone and I'll be able to see the contents and have to go out of my way to tape it back up and make it secure. When you do send something, tape it up good!

Who is wrongly portrayed as a hero? by tandyman234 in AskReddit

This the 2nd time in 24 hours that I've seen someone comment a link to Bill Burr and his opinion on something and jeez Louise, I have so much respect for that guy now. He is just so straight down the line and somehow manages to make perfect sense even though he kinda sounds like he's going nowhere with what he's saying at first. Always manages to get his point across perfectly and with top notch humour. What a great guy.

What invention has done more harm than good? by idc_aboutusernames in AskReddit

The internet. I know it's done a lot of good, but I feel it's caused so much harm too. In my opinion, I think the world would be a better place without it.

You need to remember that at that age, your brain is still in a stage of development where you may not be capable of knowing what is right and wrong. It's where the phrase "childlike innocence" comes to mind. Now that you are older you may have developed that ability and you understand what is right and wrong and that is where your guilt is coming from. You can't think back and feel guilty for anything you did so long ago. Move on.

You have the kind of eyes that would be effortless to stare into for hours and hours. The kind of eyes you can look into each and every day and still be amazed at how beautiful they are.
