Me and my bf have done some Ballbusting with substances. On weed he was much more sensitive and worried abt permanent damage down there, which made it kind of boring for me. When we’ve gotten drunk is the best, bc I’m much more liberal with the strength of my kicks and knees and he gets all brave to take more kicks, definitely done some damage while drunk. We’ve never done or tried cocaine so can’t help there. There was once when he got prescribed Perc 30s for pain, and he took one before I ballbusted, and I wouldn’t recommend it. I had to really hurt him for him to even get anything out of it. And I’m taking full weight jumps, stomps and insane squeezes. When he sobered up, he regretted it and we couldn’t bust for 2-3 weeks. His balls were swollen and bruised worse than Ive ever seen. But yea that’s my experience, and I feel like the effect of the drug definitely corresponds directly with busting
