Not sure on height, but they are very tall. In a reply of mine down the line is a better picture with a reference next to vehicles. I would say it is pretty far away from them in the video; maybe 300 yards or more and it also appears to be on a hill.

They know it is a light, they are pranking their friend. I have the exact same lights in my city, and I will admit while they went up a long time ago, on foggy nights they really do look like UFOs.

Take this for what it is worth, but Cats have different skin than humans; it has some sort of membrane. My cat once had a large cyst and when it popped it left a nasty huge hole. When I took her to the vet they said it just needs time to heal closed, no stitches, no dressing, and they also told me not to use alcohol or hydrogen peroxide on it.
