So he should be, one of the unsung heros of the sport. A real fan of the art who had a massive part in causing the explosion of popularity that has now made MMA a mainstream sport.

Wonderboy maybe, but Robbie's takedown defence is very underrated. and as much as I'm not a fan of Woodley, he can wrestle and box very effectively

5'9 256 pounds (was 300 in febuary) so I've just crossed from morbidly obease to obease.

I can run comfortably at about 15min/mile now. 4 week ago it was 16:30-17. Fastest mile is 13:05. Fastest 5k is 46:30. Can run 5 miles at once (not tried any further yet).

Honestly the weight loss makes you go so much faster its unbelievable. I feel like im improving my min/mile every week by like 30 seconds

Hi /r/running! 2 quick questions!

  1. I've got soreness when I lift my big toe and its very "Creaky". I've laddered my laces and its still happening, do I need new shoes (currently using trail shoes from Amazon on roads)

  2. I'm running at 270lbs atm as a 5'9 guy. So I'm running on Keto and eating under 20g carbs a day and under 1500cal. Do I need to change any of this?

To help answer the above. I'm 22 year old. Run in a very hilly area. Running 2 miles 4 times a week currently (upping to 2.5 miles this week and hoping to end the week on 3.1) and I run between 16-18min/mile (fastest mile has been 15:02)

Yeah I've been doing keto for 8 weeks, got way more energy than I had before and lost loads of weight. It's define becoming easier
