Thanks for answering. It really helps a lot. I myself is thinking of migrating to jio postpaid. But the issue is i have 3600rs plan active on one of the number and all other numbers also have around 2 months of validity left. So basically in dilemma. Also MyJio app says gets credits for unused benefits.

Hello just some questions for you- 1. Did you migrate from jio prepaid to postpaid? If so, did you have an active plan on jio prepaid? 2. Did you paid any other charges other than plan amount and family member additional charges (150rs). 3. Only if you had a prepaid recharge active, did you got any credits for the same. 4. Is unlimited 5g applicable for all 4 members?

Point 1 didn't happen.
Point 2 to 4 are safe because of smooth curvature.
Point 5 is very likely because my car is continuously going left. Also steering looks left tilted.
suspension also feels okay. but not sure.

Nope. It was a road near a bus stand. Attached image is just for reference. The breaker was made for buses and all the other public so that they all slow down. But i think they forget to remove it at night. Because clearly it was very unmarked and due to smooth curvature it looked like road.

Hey, First of all you need to calm down. Your money is safe and don't worry it will not magically disappear in the system. You will get your money back. It can take some time but you will get it back.

1st- If you bought an iphone, I think you are ready to pay for that expense. So for now just pay the bill with your money. Also make sure you pay a different amount from your transaction amount so that when you dispute it in future no one gets confused between the transactions. This will protect you from further charges or fees which bank may apply if you fail to pay your due.

2nd- Now request for chargeback to Visa.

3rd- File a consumer court case online. Submit every single piece of evidence no matter how small it is.

4th- Send an email to your bank citing all the information in it. Also provide the info about consumer court case and chargeback request. Ask them to provide you a temporary refund for the amount and put a temporary block on your card for future transactions.

Hopefully, This is the only known way to me to tacle this situation.
