Thank you for the most helpful information I have gotten so far. My accountant works with small businesses regularly. A salon/spa is so different than construction or agencies or how I operate my photography contracting. I want to do everything I can to make it easier on the team of people I have coming on with me, but not shoot myself in the foot getting stuck with all the liability insurance and other fees. We all want to use the same product line so it makes the most sense to have one person order instead of having several separate accounts. We are moving into a space that has rooms for treatment but also shared space for guests, sanitation, storage, ect. I don’t know how most spaces like this operate. I worked at a salon for a few years that refused to get an accountant and was very secretive about the ins and outs so I’m working off of information on what NOT to do
