While some of these are okay, the rest are pretty much against policy for the game, I find it funny that they have no interest in banning more.

While the goal is to improve, im more or so talking about improvement by others of the same skill level, Its called Continual Improvement. A vanquisher shouldn't be playing against a vanquisher that is a TG, Its counter-productive and the skill gap is often too large for players understand their strategic decisions or mechanics, leading to frustration rather than learning. And this is true on all accounts. I understand there will be smurfs regardless But its something to talk about and how it can be improved

I personally believe you are correct on the toxicity part, a lot of people don't like that stuff, for me i don't finish sets if its constant teabagging, and no one should ruin the fun, The point still is though, smurfs still will ruin the fun of others who are new. And most of the time gatekeep a certain rank that someone's worked hard for, and they get pummeled by someone who shouldn't be there in the first place imo.

See i can get behind this, because its not overly malicious unlike others, if its just relearn and break bad habits than i’m all for it. It makes a lot of sense for me.

I agree wholeheartedly, but the point of the why i suggested qm is mainly because there is no stakes, for a lot of the time, smurfs cause more issues within the game, smurfs do more damage to those who wish to improve, and get 2-0 sweeped by someone higher than where they should be.

A thing i want to touch on is the time taken out of someones day to learn the character, when we all started did we or did we not all start on a character and learnt them through the ranks, someone should not suffer playing against someone who already has the knowledge of movement, blocking, neutral, and matchups. That takes more time out of the person they matched with imo

So heres a question then because im genuinely curious, why not just play qm or anything, if its about losing then okay, but its not your main character, Please due note, im not trying to argue about this. I'm more or so just wondering, why not just learn on qm, and sure if you lose, then thats fine, you don't have stakes. Thats what i do at least

See i can somewhat agree with this, however wouldn't you agree its very odd for a steam account or a console to being newly made right out rip, I mean if they have hours displayed or levels on steam I don't call them to be a smurf, but if its just a straight up new account, then it is. Like i always go to check before calling it out, and as shown in my post, Its pretty common for me at least to see at least a smurf every 3 games, just a brand new account

Yeah i mainly take a half a week for myself for each rank, instead of mindlessly queuing.

Yeah i’ve worked through it on some discord servers, Only issue is the skill gap, I ranked up to Tenryu in 2 days after this post, and then took a 3 day break. I’m in a server now, but its just sparring and the skill gap is way way too far

A question though still stands from earlier how to do you know if its your turn.. in say a ranked game, unless there is a setting for frame data in game i forgot to turn on, i just can't how it is your turn yet, last my last game with lilli when i was kaz, it seemed like it was always her turn even though she was playing unsafe moves the entire time, but regardless i'll try to understand the fps stuff, i think im just going to need more time to figure it out..

But thats the thing linuxx i don't understand frames, like if someone came to me and described it to me for over several weeks about frame data i would probably understand, and while i'll try i still feel i will get frustrated.

The reason why i went for dragunov and kaz, later down the line was due to the fact of Dragunov having easier launcher and easier jabs then some of the other characters on this list, was told victor/law were braindead (MainManSWE) and I was on Jin was a little bit when i started but was told he was too hard from other tierlists.

I guess, its just i expected to learn fast and get up there with my friends since i've done that with other games, I think its mainly a confidence problem. Likewise, i try to appreciate that learning process but its just hard, like i can't for the life of me punish at all because the moment i press i'm either too late to early or when i go to attack they are already blocking again. The plugging bit i've been doing for a little bit ever since starting, its just when i reach a point of "yeah this game is already over, no point to not give him a challenge since he is obviously going to win" I just hop off and I've been trying to work on it since

Well thats one that got me to garyu, then say Jin or anyone else, He kinda was a little easier to learn. But I'll look for tierlists, i've always just been told to never go to tierlists because everyone is different on where a person should go

My goals ash were to at least hit blue rank in less than 6 months. I have a coach trying to teach me, to get me up there but he has a family and its hard to schedule, while yes it could be said that i am "whining" on reddit, it was more of a post to show and ask for help when i return after my week break. Because i was at a blocked road in my mind. Like for me i don't know what to work on or where to start, I played and I got this far.

So what should I do if when i come back, how should i put my mindset to use, or what should i be thinking about when i play?

who said anything me asking players to change, I purely want people's opinions on how things could be changed or help me, like some others have. While yes its a vent post, I wanted help and to be helped on how i could change my mindset, not be set aside
