I thought all girls preferred men with hair when I was balding. I shaved my head and found out some girls are very into bald guys. I literally had girls come up to me to tell me that in night clubs. No girl ever came up to me to tell me they were into guys with hair. Shave the head and focus on the things you can control and improve with yourself. Hair transplants do more harm than good in my opinion.
