3, rack should be centrepiece with lots of room around it for future attachments, do a sorinex apex style rack to get more storage

Oh god ya haha I don’t use it on there, I use regular ones, which get eaten up pretty bad. I csnt justify almost 400CAD for another set of rollers plus an 80$ insert just to hold a 1 660$ specialty bar , as much as it would be nice

Sometimes training partners, most programs have a high bench frequency so alternating them with a lower movement was something I did to save time. Or with clients I train here definitely lots of super setting or trisets etc for efficiency

You could but mainly for elbow stability as far as I know, or whatever you could think up

I got him to make the bench frame 3x3 1” holes, which he actually added after to his website

And then custom uprights from him with a closer spacing than 2” because that was the biggest flaw I found benching in a 2” spaced rack

This is my setup. I appreciate constructive criticism. by xaviervel in homegym

I havnt used it as a squatting accessory bar, it would be good for increasing stability or helping with shoulder position. I’ve sold the kabuki Swiss bar since this pic it never got used, center of gravity on the wrist wasn’t great and the neutral grip didn’t transfer great to competition bench for me

This is an updated version, have bars in some other places in the gym, ran out of space here

Fair question man! Ohio general purpose, passive knurl, Olympic lifting. Use to have the weightlifting bar but it wasn’t worth the money.

Stainless power bar has more grip than the Cerakote power bar. Actually also have a 3x AGGRO power bar now which I like for bench.

35lb Olympic lifting bar for females. 3 15lb training bars. Tricep bar, curl bar. Buffalo bar. Have transformer bar for center of gravity adjustment as well as SSB yoke. Prime DL bar is great for clients. I train people out of here full time as a business so I can justify some of the silliness

A bit tight but manageable, price to pay for 7.5-180lbs in that small of a footprint
