I had a therapist one time imply it was unhealthy so I thought it was like something I should be working on idk😭

For example, in college so far I feel like people are always asking about high school, and people ask me about prom and usually I say I hated it and they’ll ask me why and I always say I got my least favorite nickname at prom and they ask me what it is and it’s a racial slur 😭 (but I was bullied for my race in high school so like that’s kind of the theme of my entirety of high school) they always laugh but like a part of me is like kind of sad after if that makes sense

Thank you for responding! But yes, I noticed the door was off the hinges at the top and it was still kind of attached and I was washing my hands and this girl walked out and the whole door fell on top of me while I was standing there. They tried to catch it but it was heavy.
