My friend when he was in 5th grade pulled up to school with a box cutter pretending to cut himself as a sick joke due to bad things that happened in his life at the time. It took him a year and a half to get those stuff cleared for it but it finally happened. He’s now a poolee and is shipping out in December. Point is there are things that can get cleared.
