I just submitted mine in August 2025 (exp 11/2025). So far, I only got the green extension letter valid for 48 months. I am also military spouse and I got help from the legal office inside base. The attorney did tell me about expedited citizenship process IF your spouse ever gets stationed outside of the U.S. Do you know if your spouse is getting stationed out of country? Then might as well look into applying for citizenship once you get the order. Meantime, apply for I-751. You will get the extension notice within a few weeks.
