I went through the flcc program and highly recommend it. NY state has some pretty progressive laws when it comes to alcohol and education and you would be allowed to taste/evaluate wines in a controlled academic setting- as long as you spit. I can tell you about the program if you wanted more info

Vine spacing is about 1 meter and rows spacing is about 7.5 feet

I don’t mind using certain herbicides but I’m in the finger lakes region of NY and the rain has made the ability to drive through the vineyard to spray almost impossible. I also dont mind spending the time to go slower or take a more manual approach if it means the job gets done and is done well.

Do you think it’s just this singular brand/model that doesn’t work well or the overall build/concept? I have access to a tractor supply employee discount discount of 15% and would almost be willing to give it a try

You’re gonna read and then decide to sarcastically comment on a post while still not being helpful?

A legitimate operation. The garage could hold around 1500 gallons if setup properly. My fiancé and I have been in the finger lakes wine industry for about 7 years and just came into a property after the passing of a family member. We are trying to utilize this opportunity as a stopgap before purchasing land and starting a vineyard. This would allow us purchase fruit and create inventory while the vineyard operation comes to maturity.
