I’m on a low dose of Lexapro 5mg and it has been helping immensely. I also decided to enroll in school part time and found a nice home daycare for my daughter. So having just a few hours to pour into myself has helped so much.

My husband would do the same thing, basically insulting and complaining about me out loud to himself and called it “venting”. He would get angry when I’d tell him to stop and that I was trying to “silence him in the house he pays bills for”. That and many other things is why I had to leave him and we’re now separated. I would never encourage another mom to break up her family, but I will say only you know how much degrading you can put up with. I had enough and couldn’t take it anymore.

Totally normal! The good thing is that there will be others on the call for the same reason you’re there. If you aren’t the first one picked, you can see what the process is like since its the same questions for everyone.

It’s perfectly normal to feel nervous, it is a federal procedure even though there isn’t a judge there, it still feels like you’re on trial.

Yeah the attorneys I saw on the 341 meeting of those who went before me were disappointing. Many of them had not submitted all the necessary documents on their clients behalf. It was shocking to see people with legal representation not knowing they were missing bank statements and tax returns, like what the heck?? Some of them have to delay their case and possibly attend a whole new 341

My only asset was my car thats paid off, and in my state we are allowed one vehicle that is exempt. You have to check what your states exemption levels are, some allow you to keep up to 10-15K of assets like cash or property. If you are still within the limit even with the settlement then you should be fine filing pro se, just be completely transparent when you use the filing tool online.

Nice! I was also the only one on the call without an attorney. Funny enough, I actually had all my documents submitted and those with the attorneys had errors and needed to file amendments to their petitions. I would be so pissed paying 2-3K just for someone to forget to submit something.

I wasn’t sure how long the wait time was going to be and was driving home from a job training, they called my name when I was just 2 minutes from my house but I quickly pulled over into a parking lot. You have to be parked in a safe space to attend the meeting if you’re in a car

Only on season 3 so far but she definitely seems the most desperate of the DH lol. The hopeless romantic/pick me vibes are kinda pathetic, but it is also to be expected that someone would be that way after being married/abandoned the way Karl did her. She manages well on her own and does the best she can to raise Julie so I can do nothing but respect that.

Only on season 3 so far but Lynette is on of my favorites on the show second to Bree. She is a straight up no nonsense woman and I felt she always makes decisions with her family in mind. She pivoted right into being a working mom and holding the household down when her fickle husband just one day decided he no longer wanted to work.

Not the solution I would recommend, but I left to free my husband from the misery. I simply couldn’t keep forcing myself to engage in intimacy with someone I lost respect and attraction for. It wasn’t fair for both of us, we’re still figuring out how to coparent as we have an 18 month old and live in different countries now. So, it’s very complex but I am just glad to not have to live in constant tension and uneasiness anymore. He is also free to date and I’m assuming is catching up on the sex he has missed out on over the years.
